How do I get a Northern Mariana Islands birth certificate?


Requirements:

To order a birth certificate in the Northern Mariana Islands, you must be the person named on the certificate or an immediate family member (parent, grandparent, spouse, sibling, or child). You will need to provide proof of your identity and relationship to the person named on the certificate.


Procedure:

You can order a birth certificate from the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI) Department of Public Health by mail or in person.
